How about the taxes in Romania?
In general a business has to pay around 8% of income/year until 1 mil. euro/year. Also, if a business crosses an income of 65.000 euro/ year, it has to apply 19% VTA to its services or products. Of course different taxes may apply optional, like 2% of profit for FMCGG companies.
Do I need to be in Romania?
No, your presence is needed only if it is a matter of your individual status or matter. But Romania is a nice country, so come and visit anyway.
